  • Campo - Na CFL, o campo tem 110 jardas e as traves ficam na linha do gol com end zone de 20 jardas
  • Descidas - São três descidas para avançar dez jardas
  • Tempo - O relógio da jogada tem apenas 20 segundos
  • Jogadores - São 12 jogadores em vez dos 11 da NFL
  • Pontos - As pontuações são praticamente iguais aos da NFL (Touchdown: 6 pontos + ponto extra ou conversão de 2 pontos, Field Goal: 3 pontos), mas a CFL tem o rouge. O rouge acontece quando um time chuta para a end zone sem que o adversário consiga tirar da área.
