Wayne Maurice Keown4 5 (29 de novembro de 1949) é um lutador e manager de luta profissional e autor estadunidense, mais conhecido como Dutch Mantel ou Dutch Mantell. Apesar de semi-aposentado, Keown ainda faz aparições ocasionais em promoções de luta, sendo atualmente empregado pela WWE, como Zeb Colter, manager de Jack Swagger. Ele já trabalhou para a Total Nonstop Action Wrestling como roteirista, além de ser veterano da Guerra do Vietnã.6
