Football League Championship 2006-07 foi a 3a edição da Football League Championship desde a mudança de nome sendo conhecida anteriormente como Football League Division One. Seu campeão foi o Sunderland, que ao lado do Birmingham City e do Derby County conseguiram o acesso para a Premier League 2007-08.

No extremo oposto Southend United, Luton Town e Leeds United foram rebaixados para a Football League One.
