Hubert Horatio Humphrey, Jr. (Wallace, Dakota do Sul, 27 de maio de 1911 — Waverly, Minnesota, 13 de janeiro de 1978) foi o 38º Vice-presidente dos Estados Unidos, durante o mandato do Presidente Lyndon B. Johnson.
