Lançado pela Giorno Poetry Systems Institute, o álbum foi financiado em parte por concessões do National Endowment for the Arts e da New York State Council on the Arts. O lado 4 do LP (disco de vinil) é um multi-registro de raunhas e trechos de áudio. Dependendo do ponto onde a agulhá do toca-discos tocar a superfície, uma das seguintes faixas é reproduzida :
