Ali Mehmet Celâl Şengör (Istambul, 24 de março de 1955) é um geólogo turco. É atualmente professor do Departamento de Engenharia Geológica da Universidade Técnica de Istambul.[1]

Foi laureado com a Medalha Bigsby em 1999 pela Sociedade Geológica de Londres[2] e com a Medalha Gustav Steinmann em 2010 pela Sociedade Geológica Alemã.
