Charles Quinton "Charlie" Murphy (Nova Iorque, 12 de julho de 1959 – Nova Iorque, 12 de abril de 2017) foi um ator, comediante e roteirista americano. Era o irmão mais velho do ator e comediante Eddie Murphy, uma das referências da comédia Stand Up nos Estados Unidos.
