Oscar 1930

A 2ª e a 3ª Entrega dos Prêmios da Academia, ou simplesmente Oscar 1930, foram a segunda e a terceira edição do Óscar, respectivamente. O ano de 1930 foi o único em que houve duas entregas do prêmio; a partir de então, a Academia passou a realizar somente uma Entrega do Oscar por ano.

Ambas as cerimônias ocorreram durante um banquete realizado no Cocoanut Grove do The Ambassador Hotel, Los Angeles, Califórnia. A segunda edição do Oscar foi realizada em 3 de abril (referente aos filmes produzidos entre 2 de agosto de 1928 e 31 de julho de 1929) e transmitida ao vivo pelo rádio. A terceira ocorreu em 5 de novembro (referente aos filmes produzidos entre 1° de agosto de 1929 e 31 de julho de 1930).

Entre as principais modificações que a segunda edição do Oscar foi submetida, em relação à primeira, está o número de categorias, reduzidas a sete. Foi a única edição em que os indicados não foram anunciados, somente os vencedores.
