Čeština: Vlajka města Rotava, okres Sokolov. List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy, červený a černý, v poměru 3:1. V žerďové a střední části červeného pruhu bílá trojramenná výplň ozubeného kola s prázdným kruhovým otvorem, jedním ramenem k hornímu okraji.
