Español: Vista panorámica de la Laguna Colorada, situada en la Reserva nacional de fauna andina Eduardo Abaroa, Bolivia. El lago salado, de escasa profundidad, tiene una superficie de 60 km2 y está situado a una altura de 4,278 m sobre el nivel del mar. Su característico color rojo se debe a sedimentos rojo y la pigmentación de algas.
English: Panoramic view of the Laguna Colorada, located in the Eduardo Avaroa Andean Fauna National Reserve, Bolivia. The shallow salt lake has a surface of 60 km2 (23 sq mi) and is located at 4,278 m (14,035 ft) over the sea level. The red color is caused by red sediments and pigmentation of some algae.
