Kenneth Ewart Boulding (Liverpool, 18 de janeiro de 191018 de março de 1993) foi um economista estadunidense nascido na Inglaterra.[1]

Casou com Elise Boulding.

Graduado pela Universidade de Oxford, obteve a cidadania estadunidense em 1948. De 1949 a 1967 foi professor da Universidade de Michigan. Em 1967 tornou-se professor da Universidade do Colorado em Boulder, onde permaneceu até aposentar-se.
