The only 2 accounts I could find are Myeuurn and Baka Líte, while most of the IPs he's used are from proxies (AS6939 HURRICANE - Hurricane Electric, Inc., US). It would be needed just a check to proove the relation between the proxy IPs, the normal IPs and the socks. 151.64.162.24 18:01, 11 January 2018 (UTC) P.S. Hello RadiX, I'm writing here in pt.wikipedia because you'll see this message immediately. About what happened this morning on meta... Do you know "what" happened? My account was blocked by an Italian sysop because he said I'm a troll who made a vandalism in it.wikipedia. First of all, I have nothing to do with that user, who wrote a blasphemous comment which was deleted and certainly had nothing to do with the issue I was talking about on meta, the only thing we have in common is the IP range. Second but more important, how could a sysop do what he did? I mean: how could he see my account's IP address? I know he's a checkuser and theoretically he can, but how could he do it freely, without any "see-u" (I don't know why here I can't write this sequence of 2 letters because I'm blocked by an automatic filter...) request and even without any report on me who only edited on meta? And I also mean: even if he's seen my IP, how could he do such a severe thing, that is blocking an account just because this account's IP was on the same range as one single troll in another wiki? Either in that moment my IP was exactly the one the troll used yesterday, which means one chance over tens of thousands, or I can't see anything but an abuse here. Please tell me your point of view about this shame. Anyway, the thing which puzzles me most, and pisses me most, is that in a few minutes he became aware on my account's existence, watched my IP without "any" reason (or are policies valid only for non sysops?!) and then proceeded arbitrarily with the block, while I've brought proves and proves following rules about a users' sockpuppets and proxies but since I'm a new user nothing happened in a month. Is THIS what Wikipedia is?!

P.S. I'm adding down here the text I've written on meta to reply to Trijnstel's comment before it's deleted too since "I'm a troll" who I'm not but a sysop decided I am:

I do know that "abusing", not "using", sockpuppets is forbidden. The thing I don't know is which one of these was done of the listed sockpuppets. All I see is that Baka Líte, Myeuurn and Onpuryvgr were used in different wikis to restore the same edits made by proxies (see here, or here and here, or here and here, or here) and, "coincidentally", these socks were created after some of these proxies were blocked in some wikis and their edits reverted... Connect the dots. The sockmaster in these cases stopped using proxies and started using sockpuppets, in order not to be identified. Is this a legitimate use of sockpuppets? I hope I didn't miss anything. By the way, sockpuppets aside, no use of open proxies is allowed, at all. On my experience, usually, when a user edits from a proxy which is recognised as proxy by a sysop, the IP or IP range he's used is immediately blocked in the whole project, and the eventual accounts which made similar edits from that proxy are blocked "with an expiration time of indefinite", and their edits reverted. Can you tell me how is it possible, after all the proves I've brought here during the last month, that none of these actions has been taken yet, and it also seems to me that sysops are even looking for loopholes to avoid blocking this cross-wiki vandal? Is there something I don't know but sysops do know about this story? EDIT: maybe it's exactly like that, my "see-u" request was "uncomfortable" for the sockmaster so he asked for help to a powerful friend of his, like things are usually dealt with in Italy...

Of course it is not him, this is what trolls and vandals always says, but I know you are a well experienced steward and you'll never trust anybody without checking. But let me point for exemple to what this user (151.64.xxx.xxx alias 151.48.xxx.xxx alias 151.20.xxx.xxx of a couple of years ago (blocked on en.wiki for months) alias Catarinan, etc.) did on bg.wiki a few weeks ago. Just check the chronology of the page of Loredana Bertè [2] between 3 and 4 of september, that finished with an insult toward the admin who was only guilty of reverting his changes. RadiX, I'm sorry for being the root cause of what your talk page turned into... If just this morning I hadn't come here, you wouldn't have to read all his recital and my reply dismantling it. Ninonino, after anonymising himself (if he knew he was right, then why didn't he use his account to reply?), came here because he's seriously risking to be officially discovered: in fact,. If a checkuser finds just one IP connection between Myeuurn's and Ninonino's accounts, the second will be blocked too, his real account! So he came to try flattering you with ceremonies and false grats ("...I know you are a well experienced steward..." "...I know you have all the experience and tools to investigate...") to bring you to his side, and at the same time to try inducing you to do what he wishes ("...I know you have all the experience and tools to investigate..." "...I'm also sure you can find a connection...") and to doubt of me. Don't bite his bait, I didn't and I'll demonstrate it. Have you noticed what was all his speech based on? Right, nothing we were talking about! Ninonino, again without using his true identity, brought a pair of examples of actions which, as he affirms, would be linkable to me... But I won't bite his bait: I admit it. I was the guy in rage with those 2 admins who reverted my edits. So, am I the real bad guy? Or is he? What have I done? I vented. A pair of times. This isn't honourable from me, I know, but I did that and nothing more. Have you ever vented in your life? I bet you have. Does this makes you a bad guy? I don't think so. On the other hand, we have an Italian user who has a registered account, Ninonino, who: in 2015 engaged me in a war against the correction of an accented name, getting in my way when I waas trying to explain to admins why they should have moved the page to its correct name (have a look to 195.206.3.188's German contributions...); before that event, he'd never ever been interested in accented names; unluckily he considered it personal, since the only wiki where the name wasn't changed was lmo.wikipedia (which is Ninonino's wiki, and I mean it's "his" territory); he was so obsessed by such a defeat that after a pair of years he's still here, with a new war for an accented name; to fight this war, he decided he would use neither his real account nor his main IP, but he would anonymise himself behind proxies and sockpuppets, so that nobody could suspect him; and after "see-u" requests were done to unmask him, he's going continuously to lots of talk pages (as an anonymous, obviously) to persuade admins that he's the one and only good guy, that his edits correctness is unquestionable, the using sockpuppets and even proxies in that way isn't just allowed but also contemplated; and finally he came here to "charm" you... Honestly, who's the bad guy, the bad faith guy between us? Oh, I was forgetting: I'm not Onpunyvgr, I'm the one who signaled him; he's either another Ninonino's sockpuppet (as I think), or just a (far too) strange coincidence. Hi again RadiX. I'm back to you for a new report about... Well, a leopard can't change his spots, a tiger doesn't change its stripes, you know... Do you remember that the first open proxy you globally blocked, used to vandalise cross-wiki and to create sock-puppets you globally blocked, was 66.160.188.0/24 (AS6939 HURRICANE - Hurricane Electric LLC, US)? Well, let me show what happened last week in en.wikipedia. IP 66.160.201.89, belonging to range 66.160.192.0/20 (AS6939 HURRICANE - Hurricane Electric LLC, US), made this edit, just 2 minutes after user Fulgencio Kokomeci, that I'd reported with Baka Líte and Myeuurn but you didn't block, did this edit: in both cases, these "edits" just consisted in "reverting contributions from IP 151.48.0.0/16". These 3 elements, the open proxy range already reported and blocked, the last sock already reported but not blocked, and the fact they've been used just to revert edits from that range that's continually watched daily since months... 2+2=4 pediod. Ninonino is still so obsessed with me after months, pardon, years that he can't look away from me instead of spending his time better (for example, taking pictures of his beloved mountain flowers...); more, he can't help using cheap tricks, even against Wikipedian rules themselves, such as proxies and socks just to "hurt" the one he elected as his virutal enemy... He must be feeling like a comics super-hero fighting against a villain, and he's over 50 already! He doesn't know I do know his true identity, his name and surname, his address... But he'll be knowing it, as he's going to read what I've written here for sure, because of his obsessive-compulsive disorder. Well, a part from his psycho(il)logical profile, the fact I've reported above remains, the 3 elements I've underlined prove the identicalness of the user using that proxy (forbidden) and the user using that sock (forbidden): both should be blocked, according to Wikipedian rules themselves. Hi again RadiX. Have you read my previous message? The situation is currently the following:

• In mid-february you blocked both one of the vandal's proxy IP ranges (66.160.188.0/24) and 2 of his socks I'd told you about (Baka Líte and Myeuurn) for LTA.
• Shortly before, a Spanish checkuser discovered another sock of his, Fulgencio Kokomeci, as shown here.
• Even before, 2 other proxy IP ranges used by the vandal had been partially blocked in en.wikipedia, and in april and may they were totally blocked (74.82.0.0/18 and 72.52.64.0/18).
• Right now, all the proxy IP ranges he's used are globally blocked (full 66.160.0.0/16 too).
• Recently Fulgencio Kokomeci jumped out again, after months of inactivity, together with other IPs from those proxy ranges before they were blocked.
• Another new user, attributable to the same person, recently appeared is MbretiBasha.

Now, since you're a checkuser and you've already done it once, could you please verify which users have recently registered and/or edited using those proxy IP ranges? I bet whetever you wish that you'll find out that both Fulgencio Kokomeci and MbretiBasha match: our old LTA friend is, even now, still abusing proxies and socks. The important thing is that, when you find the time to look into this, you try searching everything that could prove a connection between those identities (used IPs, browsers, operating systems, diffs...) and any possible new identity I haven't found. Excuse me RadiX, I hope I'm not disturbing your vacation. My intention isn't to put you in a hurry, but I reported this information over 2 months ago, and the deadline for checkusers to access logs is 3 months. This means that if you don't run a check this months for the users who logged in and edited while using those 4 blocked proxy IP ranges you won't be able to check any more, so that we won't get any evidences that Fulgencio Kokomeci and MbretiBasha as probably others are just new socks of the same vandal who some months ago had created the socks you'd already blocked. Hello RadiX, please forgive my urgency, but as I've said there're just a few more days for this check to be possible. I'm just asking you to run a check over those 4 blocked proxy IP ranges (66.160.0.0/16, 64.71.128.0/18, 72.52.64.0/18, 74.82.0.0/18) to detect possible sockpuppet of the long-term abusers Myeuurn and Baka Líte which used to edit from a subrange of the blocked proxies (66.160.188.0/24). This shouldn't take you a long time, so please, I'm asking you just to run this check, nothing else. If no accounts related to those proxies are found the matter will be over, but I bet everything that you'll find at least one of these accounts: either Fulgencio Kokomeci (as I wrote a Spanish steward found out it while investigating the previous 2 blocked socks) or MbretiBasha (or even both and some else). Hello RadiX, please read and reply as soon as possible because the 90 days deadline is closer and closer. I'll tell you the "history" of this issue. I've come here to ask you first, because you were the admin who took care of the previous case (Baka Líte, Myeuurn and 66.160.188.0/24). You said you didn't have enough time in that moment, and your replies weren't immediate, so I've decided to try and ask again on meta to the other stewards. There too I was told by the few who replied that they didn't have enough time, maybe because of summer holidays, so I had to have a lot of patience and wait. When a steward started to become interested in the case, the same Italian "admin" who blocked my previous account on meta blocked that too (I'll add a final note about this at the end), so the case was declined. I wonder how it's possible that my account was blocked without any vandalisms, without any report or request, just on the basis of an "admin"'s bad faith towards a user, while the proven (proven) LTA case I've been signaling for months by providing all the information needed is always almost completely ignored. I can't understand this: why the signaler, me, is blocked while the proven (proven) sockpuppeteer, whom I'm trying signaling, is let free, isn't even worth a check... A check would prove either his involvement (I'm sure at 99%) or his innocence, in both cases I won't have any more reasons to ask for other checks to stewards.

• EDIT: the final note about that Italian "admin" whose nickname starts with "V" and ends with "u"... He blocked my first account on meta because an Italian vandal, who had my same IP range, very common in Northern Italy, committed a vandalism in Italian wiki. That was the pretext to block me. I had nothing to do with that vandal, he insulted an Italian user whom I didn't even know by vandalising a page about a Turkish dessert. Do you think that something about this vandalism has anything to do with "me"? This was just a pretext for that Italian "admin" to get in the way and prevent that check from being done. Because that check would prove another Italian admin's involvement, the ill-famed Ninonino. That was done for a sort of "camaraderie" among Italians admins. I'm not saying it without knowledge of facts: if you search Google in Italian, there're dozens of results about this "admin"'s behaviour in Italian wiki, tons of witnesses who were victim of his abuses (that's why I've always written "admin" like this when referring to him: an admin, a real admin, would never behave like he does). He's been on holidays since June, the first day he came back he immediately blocked me. A person who enjoys himself and makes his life purpose bulldozing users isn't a sane person. I'm just the umpteenth victim of his abuses, and (alas) he isn't the only Italian "admin" acting like that. I'd like so much that Italian wiki was managed as well as English, Portuguese or whatever other wiki, but it'll never be like them, and this isn't the first time that an Italian "admin" interfered with other wikis business just for personal motivations, like it happened with me on meta...

Request of explaination

Hi RadiX, last february 15th you globally blocked user Myeuurn for being responsible for long term abuse. Some requests on meta.wiki and fr.wiki involved user Myeuurn with this accusation, but:

Can you point exactly what these abuses consisted in? Neither this user's edits nor the IPs technically linkable with this user's edits are disruptive, in fact most of them are still the current version of the concerned pages. Only fully legitimate edits. If you think that even only one of these edits in not legitimate, please tell me which one. This user is technically linkable to another user on es.wiki, Baka Líte, but, again, no edits of this other user have been found as disruptive.

Myeuurn never did edits on the project where Baka Líte was active, and Baka Líte never did edits where Myeuurn was active. They never participated in discussions or polls, neither together nor separately, thus their actions are not suitable to be accused of sockpuppetry No insulting edits have been perpetrated by them, never.

Some of the edits have been done through a proxy server, but the mere use of proxys is not seen as an abuse unless when used to do damages, but, again, no damages have been done. Can you please exactly explain the reasons for your block? Which is the threat wikipedia project is supposed to be exposed by the existence of these two users? (blocks are used to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, not to punish users.)

If having two accounts in two different projects is discouraged it is not explicitly forbidden though, unless in presence of intentional disrupting edits.

"Long term abuse" is a heavy accusation and I still can't understand the reason that brought you to take this decision. Please, read carefully my request above and tell me which of the actions linkable to the two accounts you blocked (Myeuurn and Baka Líte) can be considered as disruptive. If a private communication is more convenient, please feel free to use the email address set in the blocked account to communicate with me. I really appreciate the job you daily do as steward and administrator but in this case I can't understand the rationale of your decision as I never did a single disruptive edit (not intentionally at least). A minha monografia da pós graduação envolve identificar as possíveis estratégias para incentivar a criação/edição de artigos na Wikipédia.

Pedido de ajuda/proteção de artigo

Caro RadiX: infelizmente o vândalo malcriado do costume reapareceu e está continuamente a alterar a versão neutral do artigo de Maria Pia de Saxe-Coburgo e Bragança. Visto que ele está a usar um IP dinâmico, não me está a ser possível reverter constantemente as suas edições e comentários impróprios que as acompanham (com recurso já a insultos). Pode ajudar protegendo o artigo na versão neutral que eu reverti? Vou entretanto pedir ajuda a outros administradores, porque aquele usuário propagandista está imparável. Ajuda contra vandalismo

Olá Ruy, tudo bem? meu amigo há um bom tempo que não solicito ajuda sua. Dessa vez, tenho um caso simples de vandalismo por reversão de página que está ocorrendo no artigo sobre o Partido Podemos . Deve ser o momento político, mas simples de ajustar. Reverti novamente para a última versão sem dano e também já pedi ao usuário para não reverter as adições referenciadas, mas sim contribuir. Atualização: Ontem ocorreu outra reversão, hoje a página foi bloqueada, porém com a versão vandalizada. Pode dar a sua opinião? E se possível reverter a edição anterior aos ataques? Grato mais uma vez. =)

Tenho receio de que isso possa acontecer comigo algum dia e por isso gostaria de saber como proceder caso isso ocorra com a minha conta.
