Walter Lewis Baily Junior (Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, 5 de julho de 1930 (93 anos) – Northbrook, Illinois, 15 de janeiro de 2013) foi um matemático estadunidense.

Foi palestrante convidado do Congresso Internacional de Matemáticos em Estocolmo (1962 - On the moduli of abelian varieties with multiplications from an order in a totally real number field).
