Function Details:

• Double redirects

  The bot fixes Especial:Doubleredirects as directed by mediawiki.

• Inerwiki linking

  The bot updates interwikilinks on all articles based on the interwiki changes.

• Commons delilnking

  My bot acts as a backup to CommonsDelinker bot. If for whatever reason (such as if the toolserver crashes) my bot can act as a backup. So long as the commonsdelinker operates the bot will not make edits like this.

I'd ike to request a bot flag for my bot Usuário:タチコマ robot. I recently requested a username rename and now my bot username contains the word "bot" or "robot" so it qualifies to have a bot flag. The bot is currently blocked (I am unsure why). It would start making test edits right after it is unblocked. -- Cat ^chi? 12h16min de 18 de Julho de 2008 (UTC)

Now that you've been unblocked, you may start the test week. 2-3 edits per minute, at least 50 edits by the end. After the test week, a local bureaucrat will review the request. Seems to be a bug in MediaWiki. This bot account was renamed from Usuário:Computador, and from Usuário:WOPR even before. Well, Usuário:WOPR was still blocked for unauthorized bot use. Although Usuário:タチコマ robot was marked as unblocked, Usuário:WOPR was still blocked, maybe that's the problem.
