But any (also commercial) use other than advertising is free. And the image is really an enrichment for articles like w:Southern Sudan. Béka 11:13, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

Note that the commons policy requests that pictures should be free to use for any purpose. This is also what's written on the license tag {{CopyrightedFreeUseProvidedThat}}, that you put below the picture. This is clearly not the case here. --Botev 11:26, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

I agree it is a useful image, so it's a shame it's not free enough per Commons licensing policy. A fair use claim might be made for using it in the en:Wikipedia article. -- Infrogmation 15:26, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

Of course it's useful. If you can put it as "fair use" on English wikipedia, I will not oppose. But it should be deleted from Commons. :( --Botev 15:43, 18 November 2007 (UTC)
