Серия «Великая Отечественная война». На марке изображена труженица блокадного города (худ. П. Кранцевич). Это, пожалуй, единственное изображение в почтовой миниатюре женщины блокадного Ленинграда. В марке используется символ Ленинграда — здание Адмиралтейства, зенитные установки и уже известная медаль.

Рисунок медали отражает первые штампы медали, а ушко медали — более поздний ее вариант.
