Čeština: Vlajka obce Ostředek, okres Benešov, Česko. List tvoří pět vodorovných pruhů, střídavě bílých a modrých, v poměru 1 : 1 : 12 : 1 : 1. V prostředním pruhu modré mezikruží postrkané dvanácti do oblouku zahnutými pštrosími pery, střídavě červenými a modrými. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
