Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Mădăras se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat, sus despicat.

În câmpul superior, în dreapta, pe albastru, se află un peşte de argint plasat în pal.

În câmpul superior, stânga, pe verde, se află patru spice de grâu de aur.

În câmpul inferior, pe roşu, se află o vacă la arat, văzută din semiprofil spre dreapta, trăgând un plug cu brăzdar şi o roată, deasupra unui brâu undat, totul pe argint.

Scutul este timbrat cu o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţia elementelor însumate

Scutul triunghiular respectă convenţia naţională privind stemele comunale.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
