I am not a Portuguese speaker, but as I undertood, "ground state" and "stationary states" are two different phrases. It is mentioned in the English page of "stationary state" that the true stationary state is the ground state (in the sense that perturbation always exists.). But in Portuguese one can just switch those two terms, or there is another term for "ground state"?
