Discussão:Fundo Crianças da Armênia

Hey everyone, I have recently translated the English "Children of Armenia Fund" text into portuguese and would like to inlcude add all references from the original article to ensure consistency. But somehow Wikipedia won't allow me to do so. I get a notification saying that it's vandalism. Could somebody please help out and let me know how I can make the necessary changes without violating any rules? Thanks a lot!
