Mary Morrissey (nascida em 1949) é uma autora americana [1] [2] e ativista pela não-violência internacional. [3] Ela é a autora de Building Your Field of Dreams, que conta as lutas de Morrissey e as lições de sua infância. [4] [5] Ela também é autora de No Less Than Greatness, um livro sobre como curar relacionamentos. [6] [7] Em 2002 ela organizou e editou o livro New Thought: A Practical Spirituality. [8]

O autor americano Wayne Dyer a chamou de "uma das professoras mais atenciosas de nosso tempo". [9]

Ativa desde o início de sua carreira no trabalho humanitário internacional, Morrissey foi co-fundadora da Association for Global New Thought em 1995 e foi sua primeira presidente. [1] [10]

Em 1997, ela juntou-se ao neto de Mahatma Gandhi, Arun Gandhi, para estabelecer a Temporada Internacional da Não-Violência .
