Parmanii Pruskra

P.P. (or "Παρμάνι Προύσκρα" from the Greek and Italian "Parmani"), originally named "Parmeni" (possibly the result of a mispronunciation) is a very powerful and deadly criminal organization that is known for conglomerate trafficking in weapons, biochemical drugs , murders and potential "accessories" requested by the world's great mafias. P.P. is allegedly headed by R.K. (Richard Drakon) and its various members (from least to greatest). They're known as the "Gutterne" (or The Boys).

The illicit businesses organized by P.P. (Parmanii Pruskra) is active in many parts of the world, in the United States and in European Union (EU) countries. The business scenario is characterized by diversified plans that, due to their complex management, present one of the largest operating organizational capacities in the world, as a whole. In Europe alone, there are more than 15 mafia groups that control part of the world's underworld, among them the Bellucci & Hayato family, which migrated shortly after consolidating in Asia.

Etimology

According to the Oxford English Dictionary, "Parmeni" is a translation of the Greek term Βάναυση δύναμη (Brute Force), referring to the way its leaders act. Another theory postulates that the word "Parmeni" was coined by former thieves from different nations who had just arrived in Italy after the first war, having as a reference the use of Tridents in their tattoos (war marks). It is speculated that Parmanii organizations followed or were originally part of revolutionary movements such as the A.N.K (Akaitetsu no Kennoryu).

The generic use of the word "Parmanii" for all criminal organizations in the environment is inaccurate; the same groups are geographically, ethnically, culturally and structurally unique, but governed by the same leader.

After years of repression, only some elements of this mafia groups are involved with illegal activities. The Pruskra in Tokyo, for example, are less involved in "traditional" criminal activities and are associating themselves with white collar crime; Traditional initiation ceremonies await events to avoid unwanted official attention from the government and other mafias.

Origin

The whereabouts of the documents are uncertain, however, despite the uncertainty regarding the origin of the P.P. ,the most modern members derive from the various applications and classifications that emerged in the mid-eleventh century with the legacy of the great, Hasan Saba.

Parmanii cannot be compared to other mafias such as Cosa Nostra, Yakuza or the Chinese Triad, as its numerous "army" and list of general offenses and crimes is more extensive. Since its war against smaller mafias in territories that are often busy, it has already caused damages of millions in property to authorities in different countries.

Its trademark is the cut in the throat (almost always between the internal jugular vein and the thyroid cartilage) or two shots in the back of the head, without chances of survival. A brief analogy to movies and the cruel reality, lived by citizens of different countries controlled by them.

Criminal activities

Parmanii have engaged in a variety of crimes, from fraud, extortion and money laundering to trafficking and prostitution, and are involved in the smuggling and counterfeiting of goods such as music, video, blackmail, clothing, cars and cash.

Drug trafficking

Since the first prohibition of opium during the 19th century, criminal gangs around the world have been involved in the illegal drug trade around the world. Many gangs switched from opium to heroin, produced from opium plants in the Golden Triangle, refined into heroin in China, and trafficked to North America and Europe in the 1960s and 1970s. of heroin are found in the low countries. The Parmanii factions began smuggling chemicals from international factories into North America (for methamphetamine production) and Europe for MDMA production (just like the Triad). The triads in the United States also traffic in large amounts of ketamine, but not to the equivalent of the "green mud" surge in the underworld.

Money Laundering and Counterfeiting

Parmanii have been involved in counterfeiting since the 1880's. During the 1960's and 1970's they were involved in the counterfeiting of Unmarked Notes (generally the 100's notes). The gangs were also involved in the counterfeiting of expensive books, electronics and sporting goods for sale on the black market. With the advent of new technologies and the improvement of the average standard of living, the factions produce counterfeit goods such as watches, movie VCDs and DVDs, and designer clothing such as clothes and bags. Since the 1970s, the international gangs' grip on territory has been weakened and some have shifted their revenue streams to legitimate businesses.

Health fraud and elections

In 2012, four members of the Albanian faction (which is part of Parmanii) were arrested for health fraud on the border with Romania, in a top-secret operation by the S.A.S (British Air Secret Service).
