This article is posted here in my user space (not in the main body restricted to Portuguese language) for the purposes of possible writing of a Wikipedia article on the constitutional development of the Falkland Islands, and its translation for the Portuguese Wikipedia. Regarding the copyright status, the text is released in the public domain because this is the Wikipedia rule; to be more explicit, a GFDL tag is now inserted in the restored text. The text has similarly been made available to the quoted website (together with the full text of the book of which the present text is only the principal chapter), because this text is released to the public domain.
