Yes Professors with apparentely good proposals seemed still to be comprehending what was the program about and were still going to decide how they would work. Some didn't understand the program would like to create Wikipedia articles, as a professor who said he grade students based on their frequency in the class (10 for 75%+ or 0 otherwise). Even with Frank telling what we were expecting, it seems some professors always expect the Wikipedia assignments as a side task for the course. 4 4 Neutral We should plan a workshop for 40 people in advance and with more people to help. Basicaly, to deal with the logistic (contacting professors, new ambassadors, find a place, prepare the lecture, do the documentation, contact people about the reimbursement, recruit and guide old ambassadors, tutorials, etc.) takes too much time from 2 people only. To have involved a lot of experienced volunteers was very helpful, but this would not be possible in any other place in Brazil at the moment, even in places as Rio de Janeiro. Creio que a primeira parte poderia ser feita pela equipe wikimedia, pois corre o risco de desestímulo dos alunos diante da complexidade de postar um verbete no wikipedia.
