The Private Council of His Highness Mahmoud Salah al Din Assaf name, Assaf Foundation Name and/or the names of His Highness Mahmoud Salah Al Din Assaf and directly the name His Excellency Sir Manuel Freire-Garabal y Núñez within the agreement have been used in Wikipedia.

As of June 2019, in an account created without the consent in March 2019, we have been notified that many messages are being sent which purport to represent the interests of H.E. Sir Manuel Freire-Garabal y Núñez directly with Wikipedia.

Although in August 2019, The Private Council of His Highness Mahmoud Salah Al Din Assaf represented the gratitude of the article, later the Office have discovered this page has been created with the consent of H.E. Sir Manuel Freire-Garabal y Núñez and the messages in the Portuguese Wikipedia page were not sent by or on behalf of this Office nor his personal Office.

According to that, the following page (https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manuel_Freire-Garabal_y_Núñez) has been created without consent, therefore, both this Private Council and the figure of His Excellency Sir Manuel Freire-Garabal y Núñez advocate its immediate elimination.
