Pop Up Bubble Tea is a bubble tea franchise based in Brazil, founded in 2020.

Bubble Tea, also known as bubble tea or boba, it emerged in Taiwan in the late 1980s and soon became a phenomenon. The drink can be made with tea, milk and even Yakult. Accompanied by the famous tapioca pearls that give a unique and unforgettable flavor to the drink.

The pearls are made with cassava starch, in Pop Up's own factory. In addition to the pearls

The drink can also include poppings, which are made from concentrated fruit juice, coated in a gelatinous layer of seaweed. This popping explodes on contact with the mouth, thus releasing its syrup.

After traveling abroad and meeting Bubble Tea, the creators fell in love. They believed that not only the drink, but also the entire Bubble Tea culture had everything to do with Brazil. They then decided to embrace this market of opportunities with a different and conceptual product. The company was founded by Ana Laura Grzegorczyk Fraga and Lucas Bonatto Miguel.
