The duo's debut single Wish was released in June 2012[1] on a limited edition 12" picture vinyl by Kompakt sub label FM X to rave reviews. At that time, the real identity of the producers was a mystery and names like their manager Gui Boratto and Vito de Luca from Aeroplane were brought forward as possible authors.[2][3] The single was later released as a free digital download for a limited time on the audio distribution platform Soundcloud to celebrate the memory and music of the bluesman Muddy Waters, born 100 years before, as they sampled and were inspired by him. The song has been played more than 170,000 times since.[4][5][6] In October 2013, they released their second single, now on Gui Boratto's D.O.C. label with worldwide distribution by Kompakt. "Diggin' On You" 12" vinyl includes remixes by the German DJ Solomun and label boss Gui Boratto.[7][8] The single won the "Best Track" award during the Rio Music Confence in Rio de Janeiro, February 2014.[9] Early May 2014, the due announced their first studio album Dark Tales & Love Songs on a remix from Gui Boratto for the track "She Knows"[10]. The album was released worldwide June 2, 2014 in vinyl, CD and digital formats.[11][12]
