OK, I can do it, but is it required by the local policy? The only non-bot work that I am planning to do in most languages is discussion related to the bot request, so it would feel a bit wasteful to create two accounts for each language. I'm afraid so, please read step 1 in Wikipedia:Robôs/Pedidos de aprovação, you're supposed to have a main account and then use that one to create a bot account. It's easier to cross-reference accounts on different wikis like this, should something strange happen, instead of talking with dynamic anonymous IP numbers :).
