Cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1 (CysLT1) é uma proteína que em humanos é codificada pelo gene CYSLTR1.[1]

Quando ocorre liberação de leucotrienos (LTC4, LTD4 e LTE4 - participantes das manifestações da asma brônquica), da cascata do ácido araquidônico, estes interagem com o receptor Cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1, o que resulta em edema, inflamação de vias aéreas e broncoconstrição.[2]
