Lack of sources and questionable conclusions

(Sorry to be writing in English; I don't speak Portuguese.) I ran across this page by accident, via Google, but it seems to be filled with questionable, unsourced information. The text strongly implies that there was a widespread existence of white (or white presenting) Southern elites, due to the sexual exploitation of black enslaved women by their white slaveholders. I've never seen this suggested in the historical literature, and indeed, it doesn't stand to reason, since the offspring of a white slaveholder and a black enslaved woman was automatically classified as black. What this means is that, while black Americans today have a considerable percentage of European DNA, the opposite does not hold true.
