Paul Neal "Red" Adair (Houston, 18 de junho de 1915 – 7 de agosto de 2004) foi um renomado bombeiro de incêndio de poços de petróleo americano. Ele ficou notório após adotar métodos perigosos e velozes ao mesmo tempo para combater incêndios relacionados com poços de petróleo.
