I should note that I don't see many temp rights on this wiki compared to others (most of what I see are IP-block exempt), but even if the community decides that IPBE should be excluded from the bot (which is possible), it can still be useful if the community temporarily assigns other rights in the future. If the community decides that the bot would not be useful (and hence should not run at all), that's OK - just let me know. Please ping me in a response.
