Administrative divisions of Botswana (27jul2012)

Hi there, I'm writing you on behalf of the WikiAfrica team. Sorry if I use English, but I don't speak any Portuguese... still. :)

We are currently in possession of the updated datas about the administrative divisions of Botswana (up to villages) and we'd like to upload them on pt.wp too. Many data are about divisions or villages that have no article on this version, so what we need is a bot owner that can help us in programming a script and create these articles, if needed.

Since I'm not that practical of projects other than it.wp, I also would like to know if there are any criteria about this kind of articles, i.e. if a certain population is needed in order to create it, etc.
