William Winter

William Winter (15 de julho de 1836, Gloucester, Massachusetts—30 de junho de 1917) foi um crítico dramático e biógrafo estadunidense. Formou-se pela Harvard Law School em 1857, e posteriormente escolheu a literatura como seu campo de interesse. Mudou-se para Nova York em 1859, onde tornou-se crítico literário do Saturday Press, e, entre 1861-65 do Albion. A partir daí, e até 1909, fez críticas de dramas para o Tribune de Nova York.
