Dragoljub "Draža" Mihailović (alfabeto cirílico: Драгољуб "Дража" Михаиловић, também conhecido como "Tio Draža"; 27 de abril de 1893 - 17 de Julho de 1946) foi um general iugoslavo da Sérvia durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial. Um monarquista convicto, se retirou para as montanhas perto de Belgrado, quando os alemães invadiram a Iugoslávia em abril de 1941 e lá organizou bandos de guerrilheiros conhecidos como os Destacamentos Chetnik do Exército Iugoslavo. A organização é comumente conhecida como chetniks, embora o nome da organização foi alterado mais tarde para o Exército Iugoslavo na Pátria (JVUO, ЈВУО).[1]
Fundado como um movimento de resistência monarquista/nacionalista sérvio, foi o primeiro movimento de resistência iugoslavo a ser formado, seguido logo após pelos partisans de Josip Broz Tito. Inicialmente, os dois grupos operavam em paralelo, mas pelo final de 1941, começaram a lutar entre si na tentativa de ganhar o controle de territórios após o fim da guerra. Muitos grupos Chetniks colaboraram ou estabeleceram um modus vivendi com as potências do Eixo. Após a guerra, Mihailović foi julgado e condenado por alta traição e crimes de guerra pelas autoridades da República Federal Popular da Iugoslávia, e executado por um pelotão de fuzilamento.Em 1943, suas tropas cometeram atrocidades graves contra o croata e população muçulmana em Herzegovina, durante a sua participação no lado do Eixo no Quarto anti-Partisan ofensivo
