From Under the Cork Tree é o terceiro álbum de estúdio da banda norte-americana Fall Out Boy cuja maior gravadora foi a Island Records, lançado a 3 de Maio de 2005.

O título foi tirado de um trecho do livro The Story of Ferdinand, de Munro Leaf.

Três singles foram lançados deste álbum: "Sugar We're Goin' Down" foi o primeiro, "Dance, Dance" o segundo e "A Little Less Sixteen Candles, a Little More 'Touch Me'" o terceiro. A canção I Slept with Someone in Fall Out Boy and All I Got Was This Stupid Song Written about Me, mesmo que ocultamente, conta a história do baixista Pete Wentz, o que torna o título da canção meio "esquisito".
