Vol. 3... Life and Times of S. Carter é o quarto álbum de estúdio do rapper norte-americano Jay-Z, lançado 28 de Dezembro de 1999 pela Roc-A-Fella Records. Ele apresenta um retorno ao som de rua de seu álbum de estreia, Reasonable Doubt em 1996. A produção para o álbum foi tratada por diversos produtores de hip hop, incluindo Swizz Beatz, Timbaland, K-Rob, DJ Premier, Rockwilder, DJ Clue, e Irv Gotti.

O álbum estreou no número na Billboard 200 dos Estados Unidos, vendendo 462.000 cópias em sua primeira semana. Foi um sucesso comercial significativo, vendendo dois milhões de cópias no seu primeiro mês de lançamento. Após o seu lançamento, Vol. 3... Life and Times of S. Carter recebeu críticas positivas dos críticos de música.
