Billy Joe Thomas, mais conhecido por seu nome artístico B. J. Thomas, é um cantor americano.

Famoso por seus hits nos anos 1960 e 1970. No Brasil é famoso pelas canções "Rock And Roll Lullaby" da trilha sonora da novela Selva de Pedra (1972) e "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head" do filme "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid " (1970), música ganhadora do Oscar (melhor canção original). Outros hits no país, numa escala menor, foram: "Oh Me Oh My" (1971) e "Long Ago Tomorrow" da novela O Primeiro Amor (1972). Thomas é vencedor de 5 Prêmios Grammy na categoria Gospel.

Atualmente o cantor se dedica a música cristã contemporânea.
