Patti Ann LuPone (Northport, Long Island, 21 de Abril de 1949) é uma atriz e cantora americana, conhecida por sua performance vencedora de Tony Award como Eva Perón no musical teatral de 1979, Evita, e como Madame Rose no revival da Broadway de 2008, Gypsy: A Musical Fable, e pela performance vencedora de Olivier Award como Fantine no elenco original de Londres de Les Misérables, bem como sua interpretação da mesma forma indicada de Norma Desmond na primeira produção de Sunset Boulevard, LuPone atualmente faz voz-original da Diamante Amarelo no desenho Steven Universe.
LuPone gravou um dueto com Seth MacFarlane (que interpreta o personagem Glenn Quagmire) no álbum de 2005, Family Guy: Live In Vegas. Um novo CD de um de seus shows, The Lady with the Thorch, foi lançado em 2006, na Sh-K-Boom Records. Em Dezembro ela lançou faixas bónus para esse CD que só estavam disponíveis no iTunes e no site da Sh-K-Boom.[1]
Patti também fez uma participação especial na série Glee (segunda temporada) onde interpretou ela mesma. Também fez participação em American Horror Story: Coven, como a beata Joan Ramsey. Ela também atua em Steven Universo, sendo a voz americana da Diamante Amarelo e participou da série de televisão Penny Dreadful como duas personagens (Joan Clayton e Dr. Seward).
