Allophrynidae é uma família de anfíbios pertencentes à ordem anura, subordem Neobatrachia. Esta família tem apenas um género, Allophryne, com uma única espécie Allophryne ruthveni.
A área de distribuição da espécie abrange os seguintes países: Venezuela, Guiana, Suriname, Guiana Francesa e Brasil.
