Entombed é um banda sueca de heavy metal formada em 1987 sobe o nome de Nihilist. Após mudar de nome, a banda começou sua carreira fazendo um death metal mais tradicional. Após o passar dos tempos, a banda foi sendo influênciado por outros tipos de músicas, como hardcore punk, thrash metal, stoner rock e doom metal.
