O, Yeah! The Ultimate Aerosmith Hits é um álbum de compilação da banda estado-unidense de hard rock Aerosmith lançado em julho de 2002.

Depois do sucesso dos álbuns Nine Lives de 1997, da trilha sonora do filme Armageddon de 1998 e Just Push Play de 2001 surge a necessidade de novos fãs da banda de conhecer antigos trabalhos. Assim é lançado esta coletânea, um disco duplo com todos os grandes sucessos da banda desde a década de 1970. O CD conta com 33 faixas, sendo que duas inéditas: "Girls Of Summer", compacto de trabalho do álbum (o videoclipe foi gravado em South Beach, Miami contando com a presença de quinhentas modelos, dentre elas a brasileira Adriana Lima) e a balada "Lay It Down". Traz ainda "Just Push Play Remix" e "Walk This Way", performance com Run-DMC e "Theme From Spider-Man" nunca lançadas em álbuns da banda.
