A Plataforma Cívica (em polaco Platforma Obywatelska) é o principal partido político democrata-cristão da Polônia. Foi fundado em 19 de janeiro de 2001. Seu atual líder é Donald Tusk. O partido faz parte do Partido Popular Europeu.
