Ioan Gruffudd (Cardiff, 6 de outubro de 1966) é um ator britânico nascido no País de Gales.
Estudou na Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, e começou em produções cinematográficas no seu país, alcançando fama internacional como o Oficial Harold Lowe no filme Titanic (1997), e Lt. John Beales em Falcão Negro em Perigo (2001).
Ficou também conhecido pelo papel de Lancelot no filme Rei Arthur (2004), Senhor Fantástico nos filmes Quarteto Fantástico (2005) e Quarteto Fantástico e o Surfista Prateado (2007), e como o abolicionista inglês William Wilberforce em Jornada pela Liberdade (2006). Interpretou Tony Blair no filme W. (2008).
