Hall da Fama do Futebol Inglês
O Hall da Fama do Futebol Inglês está localizado no Museu Nacional do Futebol, em Preston, Inglaterra. O prêmio tem como objetivo destacar os grande jogadores ingleses e, outros jogadores e dirigentes que tiveram grande destaque no futebol inglês. Novos membros são adicionados a cada ano, em uma cerimônia descrita como o "Oscar do Futebol Inglês".
Os membros do Hall da Fama são selecionados por um júri composto por alguns dos maiores nomes do futebol britânico, como: Alex Ferguson, Bobby Charlton e Vinnie Jones. Para serem considerados para indução, o jogador não pode ter menos de trinta anos e, tem que ter jogador pelo menos cinco anos na Inglaterra. A única exceção a esta regra é Duncan Edwards, que morreu com vinte e um anos, no desastre aéreo de Munique.
O Hall homenageia muitos jogadores do inicío da história e está em exposição permanente no Museu Nacional do Futebol. Um livro, Hall of Fame, Football's Greatest Heroes: The National Football Museum Hall Of Fame, foi publicado em Outubro de 2005 por Robson Books.
