John Money

John William Money (8 de julho de 1921 - 7 de julho de 2006) foi um psicólogo, sexologista e autor, especializado em pesquisas sobre identidade sexual e biologia do gênero.

Muito próximo de Harry Benjamin, sua influência foi decisiva para a teoria da identidade de gênero e tratamento hormonal-cirúrgico do transexualismo.[1]

Tem sido alvo de controvérsia devido ao seu trabalho com a redesignação sexual de David Reimer.[2]
