Jane Powell, nome artístico de Suzanne Lorraine Burce (Portland, 1 de abril de 1929), é uma atriz, dançarina e cantora do cinema e teatro dos Estados Unidos da América.
Biografia [editar]
O nome Jane Powell surgiu, quando aos 15 anos, ela ganhou seu primeiro papel no cinema em 1944 e a personagem que ela interpretava tinha esse nome.
Em 1945 Powell assinou contrato com a Universal e a partir dai sua carreira decolou.
A atriz participou de produções da Broadway, além de ter feito muitas participações em programas de TV. Também lançou uma autobiografia em 1988.
Foi casada 4 vezes e atualmente vive com seu quinto marido em Nova Iorque. Teve 2 filhos do primeiro casamento e 1 do segundo.
