Dorothy Mary Crowfoot Hodgkin (Cairo, 12 de Maio de 1910 — Ilmington, 29 de Julho de 1994) foi uma química britânica.
Desenvolveu a cristalografia de raios X,2 3 4 5 um método usado para determinar a estrutura tridimensional de biomoléculas.
Foi agraciada com o Nobel de Química de 1964.
