Hugo Wallace Weaving (Ibadan, 4 de abril de 1960) é um ator e dublador nigeriano, nascido em Ibadan, na Nigéria.[1] Passou sua infância na África do Sul e sua adolescência no Reino Unido, terminou em 1981, com êxito seus estudos no National Institute of Dramatic Art. Desde então tem aparecido em numerosas produções de teatro e televisão. Tem participações em mais de vinte filmes, da qual se destaca o seu personagem Agente Smith, da trilogia Matrix, Elrond na trilogia O Senhor dos Anéis, a voz de Megatron em Transformers, V em V for Vendetta e Caveira Vermelha em Capitão América: O Primeiro Vingador.
