Donald "Don" Frank Cheadle pronunciado /ˈtʃiːdəl/ (Kansas City, 29 de novembro de 1964) é um ator e produtor cinematográfico americano.

Indicado ao Oscar de melhor ator pela atuação no filme Hotel Rwanda (2004), onde protagonizou Paul Rusesabagina, se destacou como ator principal no filme Crash e como coadjuvante/secundário em Ocean's Eleven. Em 1995, ganhou prêmios de coadjuvante pelo papel de um pistoleiro psicótico no filme Devil in a Blue Dress. Em 2012 foi indicado ao Emmy na categoria de Melhor Ator em uma Série de Comédia pelo seu personagem em House of Lies
